Always an amazing time here! Isa (I think I spelled it right) is always amazing and so sweet. She always remembers everyone's names and orders (for repeat customers) and has an amazing attitude. Super cute little shop with croc charms for sale. Best boba always. We got the orange chicken, Korean bbq chicken, lavender earl grey milk tea, and strawberry matcha milk tea. We moved and this still is and always be our favorite spot!

Asian fast food! Also hard to find Asian snacks. Great drinks. Cool and fun location.

Great service and great food. So many vegan/vegetarian options. They were able to substitute meaty dishes to make them veg too. There are lots of cute games to play while you're eating too.

We live quite a distance from this cafe, but if we get a chance we will drive all the way here for delicious Taiwanese food. I love how the owner remembers us over more than 10 years. :). She is so sweet and remembers her customers. We especially love the popcorn chicken with veggies, egg, and rice. Boba is delicious too! There is a little gift shop there with things that are handmade. There are lots of tables in there.

We stumbled upon 118 Cafe on a Thursday evening and thought we'd give it a try. They honored the Yelp check in special (free regular drink with purchase of 2 large drinks). Service: very friendly staff. They realized the menu was overcoming us, so the they were patient and gave good descriptions of the items on the menu. Venue: very cozy and inviting. It has a warm feel of a coffee shop in a book store, but with the sofas and decorations, it felt like we were in someone's living room. The parking is plentiful and it's quiet enough if you want to do some major studying. Food/drink: drinks were good. They all had good flavor, but the boba was not as soft as I'd like it. The food came out warm and was served in a very simple way, nothing fancy like you'd see in a restaurant. The menu is very large, so we would like to return to order other items. This is a nice place for a small dinner and spending time to study, read, or play board games. If you want a full meal, look for a restaurant. But this is a great place in Simi.

File this under 'local gem,' this is an independent cafe with a unique presentation and a really great/friendly staff. My wife and I got two specialty drinks and two turkey croissant sandwiches, all very good. I got the coconut smoothie, and she got the strawberry/mango smoothie, YUM! The atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. There's WiFi and couches to lounge on or tables to study at with your computer. You will also find a nice selection of board games which you can use while you eat/drink. There's even a large selection of magazines and newspapers to read from. We were happy with our experience. You can trust that the Thai iced tea, boba drinks, smoothies and coffees are all excellent. The croissants are also perfectly heated when used as a sandwich. The best part, the prices are very reasonable.

This is my first time coming here and I am shocked! The prices are so worth giving this place a try. I got the logan tea and it was refreshing! To snack on, I also got popcorn chicken (spicy) and mozzarella sticks to share with my boyfriend. Both were good and came out fairly quickly. This looks like the perfect place to sit down and study if you needed to. They have drinks and snacks to help you through your study sesh and have a couple of tables and couches you can sit at. The owner of the shop is so sweet and kind! I heard she has been running the shop for quite a few years now and I am impressed! I will definitely be coming back and this just might be my new study spot!
